Our Meditation Room is meant to be a sacred space conducive to the cultivation of serenity, a sense of well-being and inner peace, and a tranquil kind of mindfulness, for the purpose of spiritual exploration, discovery, and development.  In this room, we investigate and practice the many different forms, systems, and techniques of meditation.

Meditation involves quieting the mind into stillness and concentrating consciousness on a singular focus or element.  This allows for a natural state of passive alertness.  In this state of passive alertness, we can gain clarity and become cognizant, receptive, and attuned to insight and revelation.  These insights and revelations may serve as Divine Guidance on our path towards enlightenment and self-discovery.  

Information on
Meditation and many closely related areas of interest are made available and updated regularly in our Meditation Room.  From relaxation and stress reduction, to optimizing our sense of well-being, to furthering our spiritual development, the practice of Meditation is considered a most valuable treasure to aid us through our earthly sojourn.
